Elyse was in 2 wedding parties recently, and Ravi in one. The second wedding Ravi & Elyse were miniature bride & groom. I was a proud mommy. A bit nervous at times too. Elyse being only 2 years old and expected to “do the part” in front of all these people, had me a bit nervous. But, they both did very well! Ravi was so handsome in his tuxedo. Once the wedding was over though, he was ready to shed some clothes. All those layers….shirt, suspenders, tie, vest and coat for a very active 5 year old. Let’s just say, he was almost bouncing off the walls until it was all over….ready to be turned loose!
Beauty is expressed in so many different ways. These two weddings were completely opposite in style/decor, but both were, in my opinion, most beautiful!!
Felecia and Katrina, we were honored to be a part of your beautiful wedding day!
The first Bride was Lee’s niece and she chose hot pink and black for her colors.
I was also honored to do the flowers.
Gorgeous bride! Elyse got a little shy when it came picture taking time….all those people looking on!
400 gerbera daisies, and lots of roses. All hot pink.
I was privileged to have my good friend Leona Tenorio help me with the flowers.
Lots of work, but fun!
The reception was dark and my pictures didn’t turn out very well. But, it was beautiful. Black linens on round tables. Goblets and real dishes for all 350 people! Hot pink lights shining on the walls. Lots of candles and lanterns. The Bride is praise and worship leader in their church, and it was so neat how they had a time of praise and worship at the reception.

The second wedding was another one of Lee’s nieces and her colors were white and soft pink. Lovely. Lovely.
Gorgeous Bride!
My darling daughter!
Waiting for their time to walk in!
Those are my babies!!
Ravi held the basket of petals, while Elyse tossed the petals.
So darling!
The Reception….
The entire ceiling was draped in white. Took lots of time, but was totally worth the work! White linens. Goblets and china for everyone. Lots of dancing candle light.
Entrance to the reception….
It was a gorgeous wedding and their love and desire to honor God came through very clearly.
Such happy times!
Happy Monday to all.
